Klean Capital specializes in clean energy financing for renewable energy projects like solar, wind, and waste-to-energy. Our team provides tailored funding solutions to help developers and investors bring sustainable energy projects to life.

Klean Capital Inc., is a division of the Klean Group of companies that is part of based in Vancouver, Canada, and is focused on two market sectors. Primarily the sale and leaseback of commercial property and the funding of new “game-changing” clean technologies. We are active in the working with investor, and funds and financing of cleantech projects such as waste-to-energy plants (energy from waste), resource recovery systems, wind, and solar farms. Our Team has a network of partners that provide private equity, debt, mezzanine financing, PPP funding, and a combination of different funding structures which can be done on a case-by-case basis. As an example, in some cases, our Team can structure the investments with the purchase of assets using Private Placement Investment Grade Bonds structured and placed with our institutional investors and financial partners.

We are able to financially support the building of these assets on a JV basis with the developers, but we are also interested in purchasing existing properties and operational cleantech / waste conversion projects using unique succession plans that can attract financing from for private equity funds. Since 1998 our Team has built a trusted relationship with a number of very large financial institutions that have a significant appetite for lending against long-term cash flows and in this time have raised funding for over a hundred different transactions.
