Preferred Ownership

Klean Capital offers flexible property ownership options for real estate investors. Our services include retained ownership, where we hold the property for the initial lease period, as well as the possibility of gifting the property to leaseholders after the lease term.

Retained Ownership

Our usual arrangement is to retain ownership of the property for the duration of the initial lease period and then look to enter a new long term lease or to sell the property.

Gifted Property

Under certain circumstances we are prepared to gift the property to the lease holder after the initial lease period.
