We are able to enter into a Sale and Leaseback structure with investment grade companies who are looking to raise capital for scenarios such as expansion and growth and want to use their current property assets rather than increasing their exposure to their bank or taking on a joint venture funding partner. We can purchase a new property for a company to move into that may be more suitable. We can enter leases from 20 to 40 years and offer a client a very robust financial package based on the property value and the ability of the client to repay.

- Office Buildings
- Factories and Large Warehousing
- University Buildings
- Care Homes
- Authority Owned Buildings i.e. Hospitals, Offices
